• 60 or more days before start: 90% refund of the amount paid (10% administrative costs)
• 31–60 days before start: 70% refund
• 15–30 days before start: 50% refund
• 8–14 days before start: 30% refund
• 0–7 days before start: No refund (0%)
• Medical cancellation (certified): 80% refund on presentation of an official medical certificate (without prejudice to the above items)
• Reservation fee (15%): Non-refundable under any circumstances

• Notify in writing to info@campoaventuras.com with subject: "Cancellation Request — [Participant Name]"
• Include the participant's full name, registration number and reason for cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days after approval
• CampoAventuras reserves the right to verify certified medical reasons

If CampoAventuras cancels the event due to force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants required, a full 100% refund of all amounts paid will be issued within a maximum of 30 days.
