Image Rights and Photographic Material

Image Use Authorisation

Authorisation for use of the participant's image is optional and is explicitly requested in the registration form. It may be revoked at any time.

Authorised Uses

Digital photo album delivered to families at the end of the camp
Promotional material on official CampoAventuras social media and website
Documentaries or educational materials about camp activities
Institutional presentations and programme records

Restrictions

Images will never be sold to third parties or used for commercial purposes unrelated to CampoAventuras
Images will not be published in contexts that could be demeaning or disrespectful
Minors will never be identified by full name in public social media posts
CampoAventuras will remove images from its platforms within 30 days of authorisation being revoked

Revoking Authorisation

To revoke image authorisation, write to info@campoaventuras.com stating the participant's name and requesting deletion of their images. Requests are processed within a maximum of 30 business days.
