Mandatory Medical Information
All medical information provided is strictly confidential and used solely to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the participant during the camp.
Required Medical Information
- Known allergies (medications, food, insect stings)
- Chronic medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, etc.)
- Regular medications with dosage and schedule
- Recent surgical procedures (within the last 6 months)
- Physical restrictions for specific activities
- History of phobias or relevant psychological conditions
Medical Protocol at Camp
- Licensed medical staff available 24/7 throughout the camp
- Medical station equipped with first-aid medication and basic equipment
- Immediate communication protocol with the guardian for any medical event
- Transfer to a clinic or hospital in emergencies, covered by the included accident insurance
- The guardian expressly authorises medical staff to make emergency decisions if they cannot be reached
