Personal Data Processing

Data Processing Authorisation

In accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, we request your authorisation to process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Managing enrolment, payments and communications related to the camp
  • Medical care and emergency response during the programme
  • Communication with the guardian about the participant's progress and wellbeing
  • Sending information about future CampoAventuras programmes (if authorised)
  • Compliance with legal and contractual obligations

Data Collected

  • Participant: Name, ID, date of birth, medical information, activity photographs
  • Guardian: Name, ID, address, phone, email, relationship to participant
  • Financial: Payment information required to process registration

Exercise of Rights

To exercise your rights as a data subject, write to privacidad@campoaventuras.com stating your name, ID number and the specific request. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
