• CampoAventuras: Commercial name of the project operated by ECOMMERCE RENOVAR SAS, Tax ID (NIT) 901605318-2.
• Participant: Child or adolescent enrolled in any of our missions.
• Guardian: Parent, legal guardian or person responsible for the participant.
• Missions: Educational and adventure programmes offered by CampoAventuras.

Use of our services and registration in any programme constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

• Age between 9 and 17 years at the start of the camp
• Complete and accurate documentation at the time of registration
• Health status compatible with the scheduled activities
• Explicit authorisation from the responsible guardian

Prices published for CampoAventuras Punta Arena 2026 include all services described in the programme. CampoAventuras reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice, without affecting registrations already confirmed with payment.

• CampoAventuras guarantees certified professional supervision during all activities.
• The guardian is responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions of the participant.
• CampoAventuras is not responsible for undeclared valuables or items lost through participant negligence.
• In cases of force majeure, alternatives or refunds will be offered pursuant to the policy in force.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Valledupar, Colombia. The Spanish version is the sole legally valid and binding instrument.
